He also is a financial analyst with expertise in fundamental equity analysis. Matt is a Series 65 licensed investment adviser representative and NJ licensed life insurance producer. He was previously a corporate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Wilmington, DE specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and corporate law advice and is a member of the Delaware bar. He graduated from Cornell University, B.S., and Villanova Law School, magna cum laude.
